Bit of a strange one. Was definitely not a firewall/networking issue. I managed to resolve it eventually by selecting "Edit -> Delete All Data and Download" so I guess some kind of corruption in the chart data file or something. Let me know if you want any more info to debug, I'm on the latest version.
