I have connected Sierra Chart to Rithmic and I am receiving live data, however whenever I place a trade I have to initially wait for Sierra Chart to "reconnect", although it looks like it's already connected, and then I receive a few messages: -DTC/Requesting Trade Accounts from server -Performing Query for Most Recent Account Balances -Trading Server did not acknowledge new order. The order is showing as sent in Sierra Chart and I am also able to make trades through these same accounts on Ninja Trader which is connected through Rithmic as well. Any advice on how to troubleshoot?
