Did you follow the instructions and exit from the Data/Trade Service Settings Window after selecting Rithmic for the Service and then re-opening the Data/Trade Service Settings window in order to allow the system to get the list of servers from Rithmic (Step 9 of the Setup Instructions for Rithmic)?
Let us know if you do this and you are still not getting the list. You may have to wait more than 3 seconds.
