Sierra Support,

I too seem unable to get my Sierra Charts up and running. Is this some general problem for your OEC clients at the moment? Earlier today when I was using my desktop I had no problems connecting to my Sierra Charts but now (that I am out) using my laptop I am unable to connect.

Is this a general problem that your OEC clients are facing or is this a problem with my laptop?
