My chart is set to "Interactive Scale Move" and the "Scale Range" is "Constant Range". So I would like to move the chart vertically. I can do it manually by dragging the Y axis OR with the "hand" tool on top of the chart. So the question is is it possible to MOVE the chart VERTICALLY up and down from the ACSIL code?
