We assume that you are not in the US and that your time zone is your local time zone. In which case, the US will have moved forward by 1 hour, relative to your time. This means that you would have to move your times back by 1 hour to keep the same time relative to the US. For example, if your chart Start time is 22:00:00 which is 09:00:00 in the US, then when the US moves forward, 22:00:00 in your time zone is now 10:00:00 in the US. Therefore, to reference 09:00:00 in the US, you would need to set your Start Time to 21:00:00.
