Your log file shows the following:
Error opening C:\SierraChart\SierraChartStudies_64.dll. Windows error code 32: The process cannot access the file because it is being used by another process.

You can not have Sierra Chart running when you perform the install. Make sure you exit from any Sub-Instances and in the Main Instance select Help >> Download Current Version. Then go through the update from there and you should not have a problem.
