Ok waiting to hear back from AMP.

One more question, when I try updating SC (Help / Download Current Version) it always comes back after downloading
"ïnstalation completed with errors. Refer to the log and then press the Close button"

The last time I tried to do the update via de Zip File I lost my files, is there a way to solve this so I may update?
