Figured it out. Sierra Chart will not save/recognize a detached Window state if you grab the corner of a detached window, resize near a border and the Windows "Snap" circle appears. You need to resize the SC window to the area and size you want without the Windows "Snap To Border" appearing, then SC will save it's position. Hope this helps someone else out...
