You do not have any exchanges activated for the Denali Exchange Data Feed. Therefore, what you are seeing when you set your Current Selected Service to SC Data - All Services is the Streaming Delayed data.

You can activate the exchange(s) you want for the CME Group at the following link:
https://www.sierrachart.com/UserControlPanel.php?page=DenaliDataFeed#Exchanges

And make sure the option for Global Settings >> Data/Trade Service Settings >> Common Settings >> Allow Support for Sierra Chart Data Feeds is set to Yes.
