Your alerts need to be moved down the list, below the studies they are referring to. Spreadsheet formula and color bar based on alert condition both have the same calculation precedence, so if spreadsheet is below CBBOAC in the list of studies the result of the spreadsheet formula is calculated after the CBBOAC condition is evaluated.
