We needed to activate the CME exchange for your account. This is now done. You should begin to receive the real time data now. You may need to wait a few minutes. Re-download all the data in the chart by going to the chart and selecting "Edit >> Delete All Data and Download". You just need to do this once per symbol and not for each chart.
