I signed up for the SC real-time stock data. When I try to chart 1 Tick data for SPY, I get an initial fill into the chart of data that ends at 15 minutes before the current moment, and no ticks come in after that. However if I select the "Delete All Data and Download" menu item a batch of data (up to 15 minutes old) comes in and then again no real-time updates.
