Nothing appears in the "Build Output" window when I try to build a custom study. There is no Build Output text from either "Build>>Remote" or from "Build>>Build Visual C++ Release". If there are no compile errors, both remote and local build will successfully create the dll that can be used to attach the study to a chart. If there are compile errors, the Build Output window stays blank and the dll doesn't get created. How do I get the build output to appear in the Build Output window? thanks.
