I am trying to get a $VIX chart and struggling to get it to load. Enclosed are screenshots of the error I am receiving - "user is not authorized for one or more of the specified symbols". I have followed all the instructions - CFE exchange agreement is complete, I have activated top of book for the CFE. I am connected to Denali and it is set to SC - Data all services. Not sure what to do next. Thank you for your assistance.
