We fully understand the nature of the problem and this is a very good reason why we do not want to use what are known as client-side API (Application program interface) components. The connection to Rithmic uses what is known as an API component. We have 0% control over it. We explain our position here:

You will find you can connect immediately with no problem. Please confirm this to us.

Our suggestion, is to uninstall your F-Secure program to see if it makes a difference.

According to Rithmic the R Trader program does not use the same API component that they provide us. That program was developed before their API was developed.
