Hi - I have been trading a funded tryout the past few months on Sierra Chart using the file > data/trade services setting "Trading evaluator" - during that time, I open a new instance of Sierra every morning which includes my DOM and footprint as I find the speed of price to be quicker using a new instance, something I need for execution purposes. I used this to solve my slow DOM/footprint issues using the helpful support board on this topic. Today I have switched back to my live account using the file > data/trade services setting "Teton CME order routing" and the main instance of my SC seamlessly switched over -- however, when I open a new instance for my order flow tools, they don't work, they are completely frozen with no price on the screen. It is a ghost town on every chart, there is nothing going on. When I go to file > data/trade services setting in the new instance, the current selected service is set to "DTC sub instance" and I have no ability to change it. Use SC instance username and password is set to Yes, Use TLS is set to No, and Use market data direct from primary server is set to No. There are no other settings. Please advise how I can get my sub-instance with order flow tools to function properly on my live Teton account. Thank you. |
