Hi, I have a recently renewed (2) package which allowed me to access historical and data feed last month. This time after I renewed, I can't seem to connect to the feed, the log gives me this error: Your current service package does not support this function. Select 'Help >> Account Control Panel' to change your package. \| 2014-05-17 09:32:26 As far as I know, package (2) should include historical and live data feed for bitcoins. What seems to be the problem?
