I had shut down by computer and restarted after 20 mins of my posting. It did not work. Its now 6 hours installation Sierra Chart is still not active with the historical data for instance for reply of data coming in for mini S&P 500 on the DOM. All i see is a blank black screen even though i have loaded a chartbook. Have I done something wrong during installation? Can I reinstall again with new activation number ?
