Hi, I bought a new pc and installed the sierra software with my previous data. When I open the platform the old charts say "downloading historical data" but nothing happened, it took forever and the charts never appeared. any idea how I can fix this? The daily chart and dom worked as normal but the intraday never appeared. Thanks |
