Rithmic have not been able to resolve this problem. I have been able to access the Rithmic data service from their R Trader app, and I have also been able to run Sierra Chart and accessed the Rithmic data service from my old laptop. The difference is that the laptop has Kaspersky AV whereas my PC has F-Secure. So it seems that F-Secure is blocking the data. I have looked extensively at F-Secure and turned off every separate element of the system, without success. Can you help with this? This seems to be a Sierra issue rather than Rithmic as is seems to be the specific process which Sierra is using which is being blocked.
