Did you start the replay using the Use Start Date-Time, and did you set the date to point before the loaded data in your chart? Also, are you trying to replay more than one chart? If the system is still trying to download, then select Edit >> Cancel All Downloads. You may have to then select Chart >> Reload and Recalculate to get the chart to display again. Then try running the replay again, with just a single chart and starting at a Date/Time where you have existing data.
