If you want the "Full CME Group with Market Depth", then yes, this will be the case. But, if you just need Market Depth data for the CME exchange itself, then you can activate that exchange and keep the one you currently have, which will then cost you an additional $11.50 per month (or a total of $15.00 per month for data).
