Hi John, I appreciate the suggestions, they’re helpful in sorting this out. I assure you that I didn’t make any updates to the spreadsheet because keeping the environment exactly the same to Replay the exact same scenario was essential to determine the cause. The only condition I changed was from Live to Simulation Mode. I’ll definitely be keeping an eye out to see if it happens again. What other necessary information can I share with you that you need? |
