Just leaving this here in case someone else can benefit from it as I did not find this problem/solution when searching for it. I was having lag issues with switching chartbooks, or even maximizing charts where GPU would spike and chart lag would go from 4ms to 100ms+ for 2-4 minutes. After a bunch of trial and error I finally figured out it was G-SYNC. Since disabling G-SYNC my charts are extremely fast 2ms-4ms all the time. This is with a GeForce 3080 RTX / AMD Ryzen 7 5800X. Driver version 528.24
