On a long sim trade this morning, the price crossed my attached stop-loss order twice within a few seconds. Each move sent the price several points beyond the stop level, but the stop did not fire. I wound up having to get out manually. This is a first for me. Any idea what was going on? How to prevent it in the future? Thanks.
