i am trying to connect to my subscribed live data feeds and DOM using sierra charts, but i am not getting any prices. please find attached screenshots that show my cqg subscription status, the details i am putting in when requesting cqgwebapi, the message i get on sierra charts and what i see when i try to open DOM for any market, eg: dow e-mini
