Hello I am using 2 Sierra platforms, one for futures data and second for US stocks. I use SC data all services on platform that I track stocks and indexes. Recently I noticed that my weekly and monthly charts stopped downloading historical data for sector indexes that start with $ sign, (for example $SOX, $IXM, $IXY and ets). Weekly charts download historical data but only till June 2022 and I get an error message that "User is nor authorized to execute query". But I get all the data till current day on 1 day intraday chart and shorter time frames. I can not figure out what could be a problem. I do not need a real time data for indexes, delayed data always worked well for me. Thank you in advance for your help. |
