With regards to the data - there is definitely not an issue of Non-Professional versus Professional. You have passed our tests for a non-professional, so that is good enough for us. We do not need the data from Interactive Brokers, so it is up to you whether you keep paying for it or not (we certainly do not recommend continuing to pay for it). The issue you are having is that Interactive Brokers has been making changes to their API without telling us and we have made some adjustments based on their changes. Therefore, you need to have the most recent Sierra Chart Pre-Release along with the most recent "Stable" TWS software (do not use any other version of their software except for the "Stable" version.
