Your first issue was that your account was set to a "Standard Trial", which has limited symbols that you can access, which is why the chart would just be blank. We have set your account to be an "Activated Trial", which will resolve this first issue. The second issue is that the Chartbook you are opening is not the one from Tradeproacademy.com. That is one of our example chartbooks that we send with the software to help people get started. You need to put the Chartbook from Tradeproacademy.com and put it into the Data folder under your main Sierra Chart installation folder. Then you will be able to open it within Sierra Chart.
