Hello SC: I am not getting data unless I am connected to IB platform. e.g. if I log on to IB at 10am; I don't receive the data from 930am to 10am. I recently subscribed to Denali data service and required permissions. i have the latest IB platform software installed with nasdaq and nyse permissions. i have downloaded the latest sierra version. please help, thank you. |
