On the Subgraphs tab for the Volume by Price study select the subgraph named Volume Bar Outline and Fill Color. Check the Width for that particular subgraph and be sure it is set to 1. That will eliminate the black outline around the bars. The Input for Draw Profile Outline for Enclosing Bars is not that outline, it is an outline around all the bars - giving you a view of the range of the profile.
