Hi. I'm taking a free trial of the software and despite being in the fxcm find symbol list, I am unable to download both intraday and daily chart data for the instrument GBP/NOK. The screen remains blank with no "downloading historical data" message. No such problem with other pairs. Please investigate this. Thank you.
