There is not enough information for us to say what exactly is occurring. In particular, is the POC for that VbP in the viewable area? Also, the bars are too compressed together, you would need to expand them out a bit, or use a higher value for the Ticks per Volume Bar Input. And one final thought is that the Highlight Value Area takes precedence over the POC coloring, so if what you are viewing is part of the Value Area, then that would explain why you are not seeing the POC coloring.
