Hi my message log pops up completely blacked out. I have been trying to get btc usd thru binance or bitfinex. I follow the steps to to get new symbols and nothing the grid shows up blank It does this for everything chartbooks etc. I am afraid to update sierra because i don't want to lose my charts and I have only been a users for a month so i shouldn't need an update.
