There are some other items that are missing in the Chart Header for each of those charts in the newer version. For each of those charts that is having the issue, go to Chart >> Graphics Settings - Chart and if the option for Use Global Symbol Settings Instead of These Settings is not enabled (does not have a checkmark) then enable the option and see if your charts are correct after that.
