I am trading an Apex account through Rithmic and I went to flatten a position today and got a confirmation pop up (see attached). I have all of my confirmations turned off and I never use them. Is there a setting that I might be missing? I go to 'M' on the trade window, 'confirmations', and all of them are off. Thank you.
