Keep in mind that if you are not using the Use Start Date-Time option on the Replay Control Panel then you need to scroll the chart back to where you want to start the replay from. Refer to Step #4 at the following link:

It sounds like you have not scrolled the chart back.

The other thing we would like for you to try is to use the Use Start Date-Time and be sure to enter a starting Date/Time that exists within the chart data. Then try to run the replay and see if it works.
