Thank you for your response I am in the process of trying the fix by opening the intraday charts used in the custom symbols. all of them. For clarification purposes in the future and could you add this to the solution under custom symbols not updating ... If I open an intraday chart that is used within my custom symbol does it matter if say my custom symbol is a 1 minute chart and the intraday i open is a 5 minute chart? i am wondering how the data is downloaded and if the same granularity matters or should i in fact be opening and downloading a chart that is actually a smaller time frame to assure no data gaps? thanks again and i will stop back by if your solutions worked which im sure they will have a great day |
