Are you completely unable to interact with your Sierra Chart software?

It sounds like you will have to stop the process either by using the Task Manager (if you know how to do this), or by logging out, or rebooting your computer.

Then try again and let us know what happens. Be sure to go slowly when starting the software and try to see if there is a particular point at which the software becomes unresponsive (when opening a chartbook, when you add a certain study, etc.).
