Apologies, I take this back. The study config file is tampering with the colours (and given the study is in development/WIP, it makes sense for an old configuration file to become misaligned with newer variable names, etc. - I should have thought about it). I deleted the default configuration file for the study, reloaded it, and the problem disappeared. I hope this comment helps others; thanks for coming back and prompting me to reconsider. Bogdan |
