You are setup to get EUREX data from our Denali Exchange Data Feed. Are you having an issue with the EUREX data?

Also, our servers are showing that you are not connected to your Rithmic account. Rather, it shows that your setting for Global Settings >> Data/Trade Service Settings >> Main Settings >> Current Selected Service is set to SC Data - All Services. If this is the case, then you will only get delayed data for all instruments except the EUREX (for which you have activated real-time data).

If you are wanting data from Rithmic for exchanges other than EUREX, then you need to connect to your Rithmic account. Refer to the instructions here:
