Hi John, thank for your reply, yes, i know what FC is and I do use futures symbols (CL and VXG23 for VIX (worked) and ZQF23 for Fed Fund Rates), but only FC for VIX works, i noticed that because the VX symbol has "real time" data. the symbols that I use for Crude oil and FFR are CLG23 and ZQF23 both are most active contracts. is it because i use delayed data for those symbols? do I need to subscribe to Full CME data package in order for FC to work? Thank you
