If you just need the E-Micro Gold and Micro Crude Oil, then those would be the exchanges you want. Note that if you need data from one of the other exchanges (CME or CBOT) then you would want to use the Full CME Group for non-professional Trading Accounts, as this gives you all 4 exchanges for the price of 3.
