We do not watch the ES time and sales very closely. But generally we would not expect orders over 100 lots to be very common. But then again we do not watch this very closely. We assume that what other users might be doing is combining time and sales records which increases the volume per line displayed. There is an option for this in the Time and Sales Settings.
