This line from your log is the issue:
Allow Support for Sierra Chart Data Feeds is disabled. | 2023-01-12 21:58:48.963

You need to go to Global Settings >> Data/Trade Service Settings >> Common Settings and set the option for Allow Support for Sierra Chart Data Feeds to Yes.

Then select OK to close that window, then select File >> Disconnect, followed by File >> Connect to Data Feed.

After that you will be getting the real-time data for the CME group.
