The reason you are not submitting orders to Apex is because you are still in Simulation Mode. Refer to the following:

As to the trading account requirement - you are currently verified through February 9, 2023. Do you use Sierra Chart to connect to your IronBeam account already? Do you have a separate installation for this? We ask these because we are wondering how you got verified through February 9, 2023.
