Hi, Until now I was using only one system (my account allows 2). I set up a new computer with the 2d system, and the data feed is ok. When I tried to start the previous system, the charts and the data are loaded correctly but there is no movement, no new data : real time data feed gone. At the same time, the 2d system is working correctly. What can I do ? I am using the data service : Generic (maybe I am wrong) Thank you |
