I can't seem to lock panels like the DOM or Say three charts together on the same window and saving them without disappearing or staying in place. Sounds like what you want to use are attached Chart and Trading DOM windows. By default charts will be attached. You can attach a Trading DOM through Window >>Attach Chart Window.
