In general, a Trading DOM does not display the bars. If you have bars displayed in the Trading DOM, then you must have used the Study/Price Overlay to get the information to display. In which case, depending on your settings for the Study/Price Overlay, the colors are either set by the Graphics Settings (as noted above) or through the Study/Price Overlay Subgraph settings.
